Standard bespoke boutique bouquet items require formal notice cancellations at least 48 hours prior to targeted dispatch. Large-scale corporate subscriptions or weddings demand written cancellation workflows specified via signed contracts.
All items listed across schedules are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Full settlement clearings are mandatory prior to the creation and dispatch of floral items.
We are not liable for product degradation arising from incorrect placement handling by recipient profiles (such as placing fresh florals directly beneath high heat or intense air conditioning streams).
